English Abstract
This article proposed an integrated inverter to achieve voltage boosting and leakage current suppression. The proposed inverter is obtained by only adding two diodes to the existing bimodal inverter. An active switch is multiplexed to regulate the grid current by adjusting the duty cycle and achieve a voltage boost by changing the switching frequency. First, the topological evolution process of the inverter is introduced. Then, the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) working principle of the inverter is analyzed. Controllers are designed separately for each mode, and each controller contains a current loop and a voltage loop. Besides, steady-state characteristics such as voltage gain are derived. Finally, a 300 W prototype is built for experimental verification.
