直流链路电压调节已被集成于直流链路电压同步型构网(DVS-GFM)变换器中,近年来受到广泛关注。然而,传统匹配控制易受直流侧恒功率负载引起的低频振荡影响而不稳定。本文首先分析了DVS-GFM变换器在传统匹配控制下的小信号稳定性,发现其缺乏阻尼机制,导致直流侧低频振荡。为此,提出一种基于电压-功率下垂的阻尼方法,该下垂支路与匹配控制并行运行,可有效提供阻尼作用,抑制振荡并提升直流电压动态响应性能。实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
English Abstract
DC-link voltage regulation has been integrated with grid-forming (GFM) control in dc-link voltage-synchronized grid-forming (DVS-GFM) converters, which has recently attracted significant attention. However, conventional control is prone to unstable low-frequency oscillations from dc-link constant power/load. This paper firstly analyzes the small-signal stability of DVS-GFM converters under conventional matching control. It is found that matching control lacks a mechanism for implementing damping, leading to low-frequency oscillations on the dc side. To address this issue, a voltage-power droop-based damping method is proposed. It is revealed that the voltage-power droop branch, operating in parallel with the matching control, effectively serves as a mechanism for implementing damping. The proposed damping method can dampen the oscillations and enhance the dynamic response performance of the dc-link voltage. The experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed damping method.
