概率化振荡稳定性分析(POSA)是评估含不确定性电力系统振荡失稳风险的重要工具。传统基于特征值的POSA主要关注特定低频点的振荡,难以有效识别宽频振荡风险。为此,本文提出一种基于谱阻抗的POSA方法,结合累积量法与新兴的频率响应梯度阻抗稳定性判据(FRGISC)。首先建模风速等不确定变量的概率分布,再获取系统在特定运行点的谱阻抗,并利用FRGISC计算阻抗稳定裕度,避免特征值求解。随后通过累积量法推导裕度与振荡频率的概率密度函数和累积分布函数。最后提出综合累积分布曲线谱图,实现宽频振荡风险与失稳概率的可视化,支持决策。在含3个风电场的改进IEEE 68节点系统中验证了方法的有效性。

English Abstract

Probabilistic oscillatory stability analysis (POSA) is a crucial tool for evaluating the oscillatory instability risks of power systems with uncertainties. Conventional eigenvalue-based POSA mainly focuses on low-frequency oscillations at specific and isolated frequencies and thus cannot effectively identify or address the risks of emerging wideband oscillations. To tackle the limitations of conventional POSA, a spectral impedance-based POSA method is proposed in this paper. The proposed method combines a powerful cumulant-based method and an emerging frequency response gradient-enabled impedance-based stability criterion (FRGISC). Firstly, probabilistic distributions of uncertainties, e.g., wind speed, are modeled. Secondly, a spectral impedance of power system can be measured at a concerned operating condition. A group of impedance-based margin index values can be determined based on the FRGISC without solving eigenvalues. Then, probability density functions (PDFs) and cumulative distribution functions (CDFs) of the impedance-based margin index and frequency of concerned oscillation modes are derived by the cumulant-based method. Finally, comprehensive CDF curves including the CDFs of margin and frequency are proposed to form a spectrum to visualize the potential risks of wideband oscillations and instability probability for reasonable decision-making. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in a modified IEEE 68-bus power system with 3 wind farms.
