摘要 本文研究了并网型光伏(PV)逆变器的两个控制目标:1)即使在电网电压或频率异常的情况下,并网型光伏逆变器仍能始终保持在线运行;2)当交流电网处于异常状态时,不向交流电网输送功率。为实现上述目标,本文提出了一种在电网电压或频率异常条件下适用于并网型光伏逆变器的在线保持控制方法。该控制系统的设计基于一个表征交流电网状态的有界性指标,该指标通过两个有界滤波器将电压指标与频率指标进行组合得到。该有界性指标进一步被引入到最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)、光伏电压设定以及光伏电压调节环节中。通过所提出的控制设计,当电网电压和频率均处于预设范围之内时,并网型光伏逆变器可正常运行并实现最大功率输出;而当电网电压或频率任一超出预设范围时,逆变器将停止向交流电网输送有功功率。在太阳能资源可用的情况下,该逆变器仍可持续连接至交流电网,从而具备良好的故障穿越能力。所提出的控制策略通过针对双级式并网型光伏逆变器在正常运行与电网故障运行之间平滑过渡的实验和仿真研究得到了验证。

English Abstract

Abstract In this article, two targets of a grid-tied photovoltaic (PV) inverter are investigated: 1) The grid-tied PV inverter always remains online even under abnormal grid voltage or frequency; 2) And it does not deliver power to ac grid when ac grid is abnormal. To achieve such targets, an online keeping control method for the grid-tied PV inverter is proposed under either abnormal grid voltage or frequency. The control system design is based on a boundedness indicator of ac grid, where the boundedness indicator is the combination of a voltage indicator and a frequency indicator through two bounded filters. The boundedness indicator is further introduced into the maximum power point tracking (MPPT), the PV voltage setting, and the PV voltage regulation. Through the proposed design, the grid-tied PV inverter can have normal operation with maximum power acquisition, when both grid voltage and frequency are within predefined ranges. And it stops to deliver real power to ac grid when either grid voltage or frequency is out of the predefined range. The grid-tied PV inverter can continuously connect to ac grid to have good fault ride-through capability, when solar resource is available. The proposed design is validated through both experimental and simulation investigations of a dual-stage grid-tied PV inverter with smooth transients between normal operation and grid fault operation.
