为有效监管高比例逆变器并网资源(IBRs)电力系统的频率支撑能力,本文提出一种新型最小频率支撑强度(MFSS)评估与分配方法。首先构建跟网型(GFL)和构网型(GFM)IBR的等效低阶模型,并嵌入含多类电源的系统频率模型中;进而综合考虑频率变化率与频率最低点约束,提出系统及IBR最小惯量与调频强度协同评估方法;最后基于IBR的频率空间相关性与能量储备状态,提出虚拟惯量与下垂系数的优化分配策略,提升多工况下的频率支撑能力。在改进的IEEE 39节点系统与中国某省级电网的仿真验证了所提方法的有效性与优越性。
English Abstract
To effectively supervise and regulate the frequency support strength of power systems with high penetrated inverter-based resources (IBRs), this paper proposes a novel minimum frequency support strength (MFSS) evaluation and allocation approach. Firstly, equivalent low-order models for grid-following (GFL) and grid-forming (GFM) IBRs are constructed and embedded into the system frequency model with various power resources. Subsequently, methods for simultaneously assessing the minimum inertia strength and frequency regulation strength of the system and IBRs, are introduced considering the rate-of-change of frequency and frequency nadir limits. Finally, a frequency control parameters allocation strategy of IBRs is proposed, which allocates the virtual inertia and droop coefficients based on the frequency spatial correlation and energy reserve status of IBRs, effectively enhancing the frequency support strength under variable operating scenarios. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model and approach are validated on a modified IEEE 39-bus test system and a provincial power grid in China.
